High-quality reproduction bracket for the air filter housing, specially developed by Empa Autoparts for the Peugeot 205 GTI and CTI.
Made from 1.5 mm steel, bent and pressed for maximum strength and a perfect fit. With its electrolytically applied zinc coating in accordance with the European standard NEN-EN 12329, the bracket is resistant to heat and corrosion – ideal for mounting directly on the exhaust manifold.
In the aftermarket, these brackets are often painted or powder-coated, but such finishes do not provide sufficient protection against the high temperatures of the manifold. This usually leads to rapid rust and wear. The zinc-coated version from Empa Autoparts is instead durable and heat-resistant.
