Hello Peugeot 205 enthusiasts, My name is Arie and I am currently 57 years old. In my younger years I sailed around the world as a sailor for 13 years. After this great adventure I decided to change course and go back to shore. Soon I ended up in metal construction as a fitter / welder / thinker.
At one point I bought a Peugeot 205 GTI and immediately fell in love with this brand. Unfortunately, it had a lot of rust problems and many parts were no longer available. Luckily I like to think out of the box and I started copying various parts with the result that I started designing my own parts. My passion for this grew and I wanted to learn more and be able to do it myself.

’’Making and designing parts is not easy. In the automotive industry they work with huge sheet metal presses. However, I do it differently, I draw the mold for the restoration parts myself and have it laser cut. Then I make the press mold myself and try to achieve the desired result by adjusting the mold.
My workshop has a press of 50 tons and can achieve a good result with this. The whole process is a matter of trying out, adjusting and finally perfecting it to arrive at a solid product. In addition, I also make various brackets with a manual bench.
EMPA supplies parts within and outside Europe to both individuals and businesses.
’’I have been selling the products for the Peugeot 205 (around 100 pieces) for about 15 years now. I mainly do this in Europe, but also beyond. New products are added every year. This takes a lot of time and effort, but because this is a real passion, I see it as a hobby.
I deliver to individuals, companies and traders and love getting feedback. For example, I regularly receive various stories and photos from customers I have been able to help. Feel free to contact me if you have a good idea.
