The origin of EMPA Autoparts
Hello Peugeot 205 enthusiasts, My name is Arie and I am currently 57 years old. In my youth, I sailed around the world as a sailor for 13 years. After this great adventure, I decided to change course and return to land. Soon I found myself in metal construction as a fitter/welder/thinker.
At one point I bought a Peugeot 205 GTI and immediately fell in love with this brand. Unfortunately there were a lot of rust issues and many parts were no longer available. Luckily, I like to think outside the box and started copying various pieces, which allowed me to design my own pieces. My passion for it grew and I wanted to learn more and be able to do it myself.

Custom pieces
Manufacturing and designing parts is not easy. In the automotive industry, they work with huge sheet metal presses. However, I do it differently, I draw the mold for the restoration parts myself and have it laser cut. Then I make the press mold myself and try to achieve the desired result by adjusting the mold.
My workshop has a 50 ton press and can get a good result with that. The whole process involves trying it, adjusting it, and finally perfecting it to arrive at a solid product. Additionally, I also make various supports with a manual bench.
EMPA supplies parts in Europe and outside Europe to individuals and companies.
Parts for Peugeot 205
I have been selling products for the Peugeot 205 (around 100 pieces) for around 15 years now. I do it mainly in Europe, but also beyond. New products are added every year. It takes a lot of time and effort, but since it’s a real passion, I see it as a hobby.
I deliver to individuals, businesses and merchants and love receiving feedback. For example, I regularly receive various stories and photos from customers that I have been able to help. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have a good idea.
